Refund Policy – Story Stills

Returns

We want you to love your custom photo magnets! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy—meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, and with tags (if applicable).
✅ It must be in the original packaging.
✅ You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at story.stills.prints@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as personalized items—since they are made just for you!)
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

Exchanges

Want to swap your item for something else? The fastest way is to:
1️⃣ Start a return for your current item.
2️⃣ Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

💡 Heads up: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
